Pay Transparency Law in NYC Effective on November 1, 2022

Many jurisdictions around the country such as California, Colorado, and Nevada have enacted laws that require pay disclosure to job applicants. Effective November 1, 2022, New York City is now requiring employers with at least 4 employees to include wage information in job postings.
