Employer Preparedness: I-9 and Immigration Issues

Under the Trump administration, employers can expect an increase in the enforcement of immigration compliance, specifically ICE I-9 audits and raids. It is important that employers understand their obligations regarding work authorization compliance, and best practices to follow in the event of an I-9 audit.
