EEO-1 Data Collection to Open in the Fall
The EEOC announced that the 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection is tentatively due to open sometime this Fall. Private-sector employers with at least 100 employees, and federal contractors with at least 50 employees meeting certain criteria, must file the EEO-1 Component 1 report. The annual data collection includes demographic workforce data by race/ethnicity, sex, and job categories.
