Continue to Use the Expiring Form I-9
The USCIS has advised employers to continue to use the Form I-9 beyond the listed expiration date of October 31, 2022. The Department of Homeland Security will publish a Federal Register notice to announce the new version of the Form I-9 once it becomes available and Adams Keegan will update clients as additional information becomes available.
