Adams Keegan Webinar Recording: OSHA’s Long-Awaited COVID ETS Released

On September 9th, President Biden announced that he would direct OSHA to release a new Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) that requires private employers with 100 or more employees to either mandate the COVID vaccine or implement weekly testing for their workers. The ETS has just been released and sets a January 4th, 2022 date for compliance with testing and vaccine requirements, and sets an earlier deadline of December 4th, 2021 for all other requirements. The ETS does not require employers to pay for weekly testing, but there are circumstances where an employer may still need to pay under other existing laws.

Adams Keegan has reviewed the lengthy OSHA ETS and is addressing its contents in this webinar recording. Please click here to watch.
